Pennsylvania Hit and Run Chase Leads to Death, Lawsuit

The Lebanon Daily News reports that a lawsuit has been filed against a driver who struck a Pennsylvania woman's car, killing her, and another man whose whose car was hit by the same driver earlier that night. Following a hit and run accident, the man whose car was originally hit gave chase, causing the man who struck him to run through a stop sign as he tried to get away. A second crash then ensued, causing the woman's death, said the Lebanon Daily News. The plaintiff, the woman's husband, is seeking over $50,000 from each defendant.
